Профессиональный подход, отзывчивость, знание рынка и помощь в подборе объекта. Отдельное спасибо Юлии Барсуковой. Наверное это лучший агент по недвижимости в Латвии. Ее помощь неоценима. Юлия помогла с юристами, нотариусами и банком. Без неё сделку было бы очень трудно реализовать.

I was very satisfied with Olga‘s help. She was very patient, had always prepared a lot of background information for every object we saw and answered my questions within minutes and accurately, even on weekends and late evenings. I very much appreciated also her assistance when negotiating the lease agreement with the owner. She is also a very friendly person and 100% reliable. As future deputy ambassador of the German embassy, I will definitely recommend her to colleagues coming to Riga in the future.

I travelled from India and was completely unknown to the city Riga. I had conversation with Paulina and since from the beginning she helped me in finding the flat that suits my need. She arranged taxi from airport and always picked me from my hotel or office to see the flats. She answered all my questions and explained everything regarding the flat and city. Her advise was very helpful in getting the flat in good area. She is very co-operative, kind and helpful. I must recommend her and Mercury Group if anyone is looking for flats.

This is due to the quite large choice of properties available for rent in Riga and to our excellent real estate agent, Julija ! She was extremely professional, kind, honest and helpful. At all stages, she was very responsive and attentive to my expectation, looking to meet them as much as possible. I managed to find a furnished apartment I was looking for in 3 days after having visited around 20 and the one I chose is among those suggested by Julija ! Mercury Group est la meilleure agence immobilière parmi celles auxquelles j'ai fait appel à Riga. Cela est dû à un choix assez important d'offres d'appartements à louer à Riga et à l'excellence de notre agent immobilier, Julija !
