In the hidden gem of northern Dalmatia, Pakoštane, located in the very center of the Adriatic coast and in a unique position between the coast and Lake Vrana, four residential buildings with 24 apartments are being built at a walking distance of 100 m from the beach.
Buildings labeled A, B, C and D consist of 6 apartments per building facing West, spread over 3 floors (ground floor, first floor and second floor) with a usable roof terrace that is sold separately:
- in buildings A and B, the price of the terrace is 120.000 euros.
- in buildings C and D, the price of the terrace is 150.000 euros.
Apartment S6 on the second floor of building D consists of a spacious living area of 27 m2 (kitchen, dining room and living room), two bedrooms of 14 m2 and 12 m2 respectively, a bathroom of 6 m2 and a terrace of 9.7 m2. The apartment is oriented southeast, i.e. it is located on the outside of the building.
All apartments will be equipped with air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room. Underfloor heating will be installed in the bathrooms, and the floor coverings will be made of laminate parquet or ceramic tiles. The glasses will be triple-layered and the external insulation will be made of 10 cm stone wool. Lighting and sanitation are not included in the price.

The payment method is 50% at the time of reservation and the rest at the time of moving in.
The planned completion of rough construction works is in the 11th month of 2023, and occupancy by December 31, 2024.
