  • Multilingual proficiency - staff proficient in both Russian and English, in addition to the local language of the country
     
  • Location - an office situated in the country and region where the real estate is offered
     
  • Property catalog - partners are required to list at least 50 properties on our website. XML integration and the ability to transfer the entire catalog according to our criteria are highly advantageous. The availability of listings is essential for a successful partnership
     
  • Direct agreements with property owners - we prefer straightforward communication channels. Direct interaction between our team and the investor, and between the partner and the property owner, is considered a significant advantage
     
  • Consistent market pricing - the commission should be included in the property price, which must be consistent with market rates and not exceed what is offered by other companies or the property owner. No additional markups are allowed
