In Medulin, one of the most beautiful tourist destinations on the south-west coast of Istria, there is this modern, carefully designed villa that extends over two floors.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which stands out in the evening due to the carefully designed lighting throughout the villa.
There are three elegant modern bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom and access to a large covered terrace. The master bedroom has a particularly large bedroom.
In the courtyard of the villa there is a summer kitchen, a part for grilling and socializing.
There is enough parking space for three vehicles at the entrance courtyard. This part is in height in the lower part of the yard and does not disturb the harmony of the villa space.
