When I met the agent and and viewed the flat, I was very politely and efficiently dealt with. It was a very smooth and pleasant service, and we were quickly able to conclude the rental agreement. Great Service - real good understanding for an effective and fast solution on rental. The contract was made and explained on time and a good ambience between landlord and renter established right away. Thank You also for Your agents excellent english language skills and knowledge and education on aspects around rental.

Very pleasant agent with excellent English skills, gave us attention and reassurance during our searches. Nothing was a problem, discussions and attentiveness even after the activities where complete. Above and beyond the expected service which was provided, these types of services give a good start to any re-location.

I was looking for a flat to rent in a new house in Riga Centrs. The consultant Melina put in great effort and showed different apartments. Unfortunately none of the flats did satisfy my required needs to 100% and thus no deal was made. The lady (Olga) with whom I was in contact with was excellent, very helpful, always willing to answer any questions, and any contact was always very prompt. Commission fee was very reasonable, even for a student. Would recommend.

Oчень понравилась работа с компанией. несмотря на то, что мне нужна было въехать в квартиру в праздники, что связано с выездом многих хозяев за пределы Риги, а также несмотря на то, что я предъявлял ряд специфических требований, и, самое главное - у меня были очень сжатые сроки подбора квартиры , работники, в частности, Мелина, быстро подобрали несколько вариантов того, что мне было нужно и в итоге я выбрал самый подходящий. Живу сейчас и радуюсь.

Очень хорошее обслуживание и внимание к потребностям клиента. Алина замечательно справилась - провела мониторинг и предложила именно то, что нам было нужно из достаточно большого количества предложений. Всего за один день мы выбрали квартиру и подписали договор.

Really pleased with the whole service. I needed a flat in the old town and received some suggestions from Melina quite quickly. There were no problems with communication and she was very punctual. She helped with everything that was needed and would recommend.

I really liked the service provided by both Paulina and Julia. They really know the city and were able to recommend places close to my workplace. I had many places for consideration because Julia provided many options. Paulina was very punctual and handled negotiations with the landlords in a professional and courteous manner. She even negotiated a small price reduction on my apartment which was a nice gesture. I would definitely recommend both Julia and Paulina from Mercury group.
