Also, you can contact our team and we will assign a specialist of your chosen location to advise you.

After receiving the application we will contact you to discuss your property requirements in order to optimise property selection and provide you with the most interesting offers that meet all your criteria.
Real estate market monitoring, property portfolio
Your online manager will select property offers, including those from a hidden database, as well as provide you with more detailed information about each property. At this stage, you will be provided with detailed information about how to obtain residence permit/citizenship, the procedure for buying property, and the details about real estate maintenance, etc.
Property selection
We will send you a selection of properties, discuss and choose the most suitable options, create a viewing plan, and prepare for the trip with the support of our concierge service. Additionally, we will coordinate with your personal managers on-site, who will meet and assist you upon arrival, as well as participate in trip preparation, viewings, and deal.
Viewings
When you arrive in the country we will arrange a personal tour of the city and viewings of properties from the portfolio.
