The property is located on the Greek island of Alonissos above the charming fishing village of Steni Vala.
The villa takes its name from the typical Greek boats. The villa is equipped with a structure with floor-to-ceiling windows and consists of two separate parts of the building (living and sleeping area), connected by a terrace of approximately 200 sq. m. m with jacuzzi.
The living area consists of a living room with an open plan kitchen with access to the terrace and a bathroom.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Despite its miniature size, 14 km long and 4 km wide, the island of Alonissos has beautiful beaches. One of these, just 10 minutes' drive north, is Agios Dimitrios. There are also several bays and beaches in the north of the island.
Alonissos, its surrounding waters and small islands, including Peristera, Kyra Panagia, Gioura, Psathura, Piperi and Skantzoura, form the Alonissos Marine Park, the largest of its kind in Europe. Founded in 1992, its 2,250 km2 is home to a fascinating diversity of flora, fauna, marine life and pristine natural beauty.
Skiathos Airport: hydrofoil transfer 1 hour 35 minutes Athens International Airport: 35-40 minutes to Alonissos by helicopter.
Patitiri town and port: 10 km - 6 miles - 18 minutes
Nearest shops, taverns and amenities: 5 minutes drive or 5 minutes walk in Steni Vala.
Nearest beaches: Agios Petros and Glyfa are 5 minutes' walk away.
Agios Dimitros: 10 minutes by car, 6 km.
The small fishing harbor of Kalamakia (home to some excellent seaside fish taverns) is also a 10-minute drive away.
