Program Conditions

Who can get a residence permit
- Investor with legal income. Conditions: Age over 18, no criminal record
- Spouse of the investor or partner with whom a cohabitation agreement has been concluded in Greece
- Investor's children Conditions: age under 21, unmarried
- Children of the spouse of the investor. Conditions: under the age of 21, unmarried, under the guardianship of the investor

Other Investment Options
- Besides purchasing real estate, investors can:
- Rent a hotel or tourist residence for 10 years — from €250,000
- Buy a plot of land for construction or agriculture — from €250,000
- Enter into a timeshare agreement for 10 years, granting temporary use of property — from €250,000
- Obtain property through inheritance or gift agreement — from €250,000
- Purchase securities — from €400,000; open a deposit in a local bank — from €400,000.
Permanent residency
Permanent residency in Greece can only be obtained after 7 years of continuous renewal of a residency permit. This means that you must first obtain a residency permit and renew it annually. It is not possible to get permanent residency in Greece immediately through the purchase of real estate.
