In Hum, the smallest town in the world, this unique stone villa of 294 m2 is located, which dates back to the Baroque era, and its interior has retained its originality.
The Ministry of Cultural Monuments Protection helped in the renovation of the house itself. The entrance to the house is possible from two directions.
The eastern part of the house has three levels, the ground floor intended for business premises, two rooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The entire content of the house itself is full of historical details, from the original bread oven, three large stone fireplaces, external balustrades from the Baroque era, centuries-old wooden beams.
The whole house has 10 bedrooms, three bathrooms with toilets, two kitchens with dining areas. Two balcony spaces, one of which overlooks the town square, the church, the town hall and the entrance to the town itself. From the second floor there is a view of Učka
Certain pieces of furniture as well as pictures date back to the 19th century.
