Altitude Tower is a new project in Business Bay, developed in collaboration with the jewelry brand de Grisogono. Recognized as the heart of the new Dubai, Business Bay is surrounded by prestigious neighborhoods and popular landmarks, including the famous Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and the fountain square, among others.
The architectural style of the tower visually reflects the de Grisogono style: a plethora of smooth curved lines, devoid of sharp angles. Even the balconies of the apartments, offering a view of the canal and Downtown, have acquired a semi-circular shape, similar to the podium part of the building where the main pool is located.
The interiors are inspired by the aesthetics of jewelry art: natural tones and colors of precious stones have visually transformed the apartments and the lobby. Shiny surfaces and the same semi-circular shapes await you in the corridors. Designers also didn't overlook the theme of space: chandeliers give the impression of floating in weightlessness.
Among the amenities, there are many interesting features. For example, near the pool, there will be bubble capsules near the pool to admire the night sky. The entire area around the pool will be powered by solar panels. Special water capsules for floating therapy, becoming increasingly popular worldwide, will be placed in the SPA.
The tower comprises a total of 38 floors, featuring studios and apartments with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, as well as duplexes.

- 1-bedroom apartments from 2,000,000 AED (500,000 EUR)
- 2-bedroom apartments from 3,300,000 AED (827,000 EUR)
Payment plan: 20% upon reservation, 50% during construction, and 30% on completion.
