The land plot for the new project is located in Kavach, in close proximity to the luxury residence Tivat Heights. One third of the land is an olive grove, and the remaining 2/3 is a pine forest. The plan is to preserve as many trees as possible and turn this project into a Mediterranean oasis. The sea line is close, and Tivat is only 5 kilometers away.
This project does not have a sea view. It is located just 5 minutes drive from the nearest beach or the center of Tivat, but offers privacy and incredible nature.
The land plot has an area of almost 10,000 square meters and will contain 18 small houses, most of which have already been reserved. The design of the project was carried out in compliance with all urban planning standards. The houses will be made in a Mediterranean style with stone elements on the facade, in accordance with the local architectural tradition, but with a modern and optimal design. There are many trees on the site, so the houses will merge with nature and will not be located in a row, but rotated at different angles to avoid monotony. Work is expected to start at the end of 2022, the first houses will be habitable in mid-2024. In its final form, this project will be a beautiful small village located in the extraordinary nature of the Bay of Kotor.
