Furniture made of natural wood in the color "brown herring" gives the interior a sense of luxury and unity with nature. A large comfortable sofa made of premium materials allows you to enjoy watching TV with a cup of Balinese coffee. The villa is an elegant yet luxurious combination of natural materials in the form of natural Jogja stone walls and white polished terrazzo tile floors.

Bedroom: Behind the glass sliding door of the room is a swimming pool, which creates a fresh atmosphere in it. The modular cut of polished white cement terrazzo tiles creates an elegant atmosphere in the bedroom. The minimalistic design of the bedroom is complemented by the Ulin tree at the head of the bed with a three-dimensional chaotic pattern. The single king-size bed is located in the center of the room, which, if necessary, can be transformed into 2 beds. Two laconic bedside tables on the sides of the bed harmoniously complement the image of the bedroom.

Bathroom: The bathtub, made on the same level with the pool and access to it, creates a warm homely atmosphere. The combination of sculptural displays and ethnic accessories provides a balance in the harmony of the design and emphasizes the Indonesian atmosphere. The combination of white Jogja sandstone walls with terrazzo tiled floors creates a natural and luxurious feel. A harmonious combination in the bathroom is provided by built-in furniture made of natural wood in combination with terrazzo tile materials.

The villas can be used for your own residence or rented out under the management of a professional developer team who have contracts with travel companies and individual contracts that ensure the flow of travelers to your villa.

The villa is offered at the off-plan stage. From the moment of signing the contract, the construction period is 12 months. Installment payments apply for this period.
