The investor's account must have funds for living in Austria. It is necessary to confirm the monthly income in the amount of 1,744 euros for an investor, 2,615 euros for an investor with a spouse, an additional 269 euros for each child.

Please note that the amounts may vary slightly depending on the Austrian minimum wage.

Conditions for obtaining a residence permit:

-Сertificate of German language proficiency at level A1 (basic knowledge of the language, which can be learned in 1-2 months).

-Living in Austria for at least 183 days a year.

-The residence permit is extended twice for one year, then for three years, after which it becomes possible to obtain permanent residence.

-The investor has the right to reside in any country of the European Union for no more than three months within six months.

-The investor does not have the right to work or conduct business in Austria.
