Alina Merca

Alina was born and currently resides in Latvia, a small green country situated in Europe on the shores of the Baltic Sea. She holds a bachelor's degree in linguistics, but she chose a career in real estate. Alina has been in the real estate field since 2008, working with both residential and commercial sectors, assisting her clients in finding the best options for living, working, and investing. In addition to her extensive experience in real estate, Alina is an open, honest, responsible, and client-oriented agent, highly valued by both her new and long-standing clients.

She particularly enjoys dealing with the sale of residential properties "for oneself," which allows her to deeply understand the story of each client individually. Her assistance goes beyond just property purchase; she helps with relocation, including choosing daycare or schools, and provides recommendations on various everyday matters, from buying a car to selecting a therapist.

In such cases, being perhaps the first reliable contact in the location, it's important to set the client on a positive wave about the country and its advantages. As a result of her personalized approach, most of our buyers stay in touch for many years regarding both work and personal matters, and they provide excellent recommendations to their friends and acquaintances. Latvian and Russian are Alina's native languages, and she is fluent in English with a basic level of German and Italian.
